You will see an illustrative concept generated with AI. Sending it to the atelier costs you nothing: an advisor confirms the design, weight and price with you before making it.
What you will see
- An illustrative concept of your piece. It usually takes 10 to 40 seconds.
- One-tap adjustments: the gold, the finish, the stone, the thickness, the stone size, the style and the engraving.
- Your piece from other angles: three-quarter, side and top views.
- The exact 3D designer, to turn it and adjust every measurement, the profile, the stone and your size.
- You send the version you choose to the atelier, without paying anything.

How your piece is made
Step 1: Describe your idea or start from a piece
Write it in your own words or choose a catalog piece as your starting point.
Step 2: Adjust it with a tap
Change the gold, the finish, the stone, the thickness, the stone size, the style or the engraving. See it from other angles and, if it is a ring, edit it in 3D.
Step 3: Send it to the atelier without paying anything
You leave your name and your WhatsApp, and you get your design's code.
Step 4: An advisor writes to you on WhatsApp
They confirm the design, weight, price and date with you.
Step 5: You pay 50% and it is made by hand
With the initial payment, the atelier makes your piece by hand in 18k national gold.
Step 6: You complete the balance and receive it
You have up to 60 days to complete the balance, with flexible payments. You receive it once it is fully paid.

How to pay for your piece
Custom work starts with the Plan Separe payment. If you would rather save first, there is Joya Soñada; if you are already a customer, PieroCredit, our direct financing.

You reserve your piece with a payment and complete the rest in installments, with no extra charges.
- A 50% initial payment to begin.
- Up to 60 days to complete the balance, with flexible payments.
- The price is locked with the first payment.
- Delivery happens only once payment is 100% complete.
Custom-made pieces are non-returnable.

Joya Soñada
For new jewelry. You choose the piece at the start of the plan and we design it together: precious stones, design, workmanship.
- Monthly payments until complete, over 3, 6 or 12 months.
- The installment is based on the day's gold.
- At the end, you receive your piece, made in the atelier.

PieroCredit
Direct financing from Fernando Piero, with no banks or external paperwork. For customers with a prior purchase.
- Up to 6 months, in 3 or 6 installments.
- A 21% surcharge over the cash price.
- Maximum amount: $1,500,000 COP.
