How your piece arrives.

• How much does shipping cost?

  The shipping cost is already included in the piece's price. We ship insured across Colombia — no surprises at the end.

• How long does delivery take?

  Major cities: 1 to 3 business days. Mid-size towns: 3 to 5. Remote areas: 5 to 8. Business days from dispatch.

• Can I track my order?

  Yes. We send the tracking number on WhatsApp at dispatch; you track it online whenever you like and get a delivery notification on arrival.

• Do you have physical stores?

  Yes, in Cartagena (C.C. Centro Uno, local 216) and Armenia (Calle 18 #15-42). We also assist over commercial WhatsApp.

How to pay.

• What payment methods do you accept?

  You can pay for your purchase online on the site, or arrange cash on delivery with an advisor. To learn which options are available for your case, an advisor will guide you.

• Do you offer cash on delivery?

  Yes, across Colombia for pieces up to $2,000,000 COP. Pieces above that require payment before dispatch; it doesn't apply to custom work or international shipping, and it's arranged with an advisor.

• Can I finance or pay in installments?

  Yes, through the Financiera: Plan de Ahorro (no interest), PieroCredit, and PieroCash. Each program has its own conditions.

Backing and exchanges.

• Do the pieces have a warranty?

  Yes: a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects, plus solder restoration included during the first year. It doesn't cover natural wear or misuse.

• Can I exchange or return a piece?

  In-stock pieces can be exchanged within 8 days of purchase, with the original invoice and the piece in its original, unused condition. Custom-made pieces are non-returnable.

How we set the price.

• How is a piece's price calculated?

  The price depends on the gold (weight in grams of 18k and the day's gold price), purity, design, and stones. It can change according to the international gold price.

• How long is a quote valid?

  Quotes are valid for 48 hours. The price is locked when you confirm the purchase and make the first payment.

Pieces made for you.

• Do you make custom pieces?

  Yes. We design and craft unique pieces in 18k national gold. From an idea or a reference, an advisor guides you all the way to delivery.

• How does a custom order work?

  You share your idea, an advisor quotes it based on design and weight, you make the 50% initial payment, we craft it, you complete the balance within 60 days (no interest), and you receive your piece once it's fully paid.

• How much does a custom piece cost?

  The value is always quoted with an advisor, based on the design, the weight, and the stones. We don't quote designs online.

Savings, credit and liquidity.

• What is the Plan de Ahorro?

  An anticipated purchase: each contribution becomes grams of 18k gold at that day's gold price, reserved in your name. When you complete the plan you receive your piece. It's not a loan and charges no interest.

• What is PieroCredit?

  Direct financing from Fernando Piero, with no banks or external paperwork, for customers with a prior purchase.

• What is PieroCash?

  Liquidity backed by your FPJ jewels or grams: a sale with a buyback agreement and secure custody, not a loan. Every transaction is handled with an advisor.
