1. About these terms
These terms govern the relationship between Fernando Piero Joyería and anyone who browses or buys at fernandopiero.com. By placing an order you confirm you have read and accepted them.
We may update them; the version in force is always the one published on this page, with its update date.
2. Our pieces
Every piece is handmade in 18-karat gold. Many are made to order and to measure, so natural variations inherent to handcrafting may occur.
Images are for reference; metal color, stones and finishes are confirmed with your advisor before we make the piece.
3. Prices and currency
Prices are calculated on the day's gold price and may change daily. The Colombian peso (COP) value is the reference for the purchase; the US dollar (USD) value is informational.
The price is locked when you confirm and pay for the order. A prior quote does not guarantee that price if gold moves before payment.
4. Purchase and payment
Payment is processed through secure gateways (card and local methods). We never store your full card details.
An order is only confirmed once payment is approved. Deferred-settlement methods (e.g. bank transfer or cash) can take time to confirm; until then the order stays pending.
5. Shipping
We ship insured across Colombia. Coverage, timing and cost details are described on the Shipping page.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Colombian Law 1480 of 2011 (Consumer Statute), for distance purchases you have a right of withdrawal within five (5) business days of delivery, returning the piece in the same condition you received it.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to pieces made to measure or personalized to your specifications, given their made-to-order nature. To start a withdrawal or resolve questions, message us on WhatsApp.
7. Warranty
Our pieces carry a warranty against manufacturing defects. Scope, exclusions (natural wear, misuse) and the procedure are described on the Policies & Warranty page.
8. Intellectual property
The brand, designs, text, photographs and other site content are the property of Fernando Piero Joyería and may not be reproduced without authorization.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be addressed in good faith and, failing that, before the competent authorities in Colombia.
