1. Data controller
Fernando Piero Joyería is responsible for processing the personal data you provide when browsing, creating an account or buying at fernandopiero.com.
We process your data under Colombia's Law 1581 of 2012 and its regulations (personal data protection / habeas data regime).
2. What we collect
Data you give us: name, ID document, email, phone and shipping address when you buy or open an account.
Purchase data: orders, pieces of interest and communications with our advisors. Payment data is processed directly by the gateway; we do not store your full card number.
3. How we use it
To process and ship your orders, manage warranties and returns, handle your requests, and —if you authorize it— tell you about news. We do not use your data for purposes other than those described here.
4. Who we share it with
Only with the partners needed to serve you: payment gateways, carriers and technology providers, each with their own security obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
5. Your rights
As the data owner you may access, update and rectify your data; request proof of authorization; be informed of how we use it; and revoke authorization or request deletion when there is no legal duty to keep it.

6. Security and retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. We keep it for the duration of the commercial relationship and for as long as the law requires (e.g. tax obligations).
